Managing modules in the product card for Multi-Vendor

The module hides the selected modules in the product card settings.


SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The module is designed specifically for the control panel of the marketplace, which has a large number of vendors and it is necessary to limit their ability to edit and view the product card.

SPECIFICATIONS
  • Adds the function of viewing and hiding modules in the product card;
  • Adds module blocking functionality for vendors with limited privileges.


MODULE SETTINGS

1. To configure a module, go to the "Modules" tab, in the pop-up menu, select "Modules Management" and the "MAURISWEB" section.



2. In the list that opens, select the module you are interested in and click on its name, highlighted in blue or black.



3. On the page that opens, select the "General" tab, go to the "Licensing" section and in the "License key" field, enter the license key that is available in your account at www.maurisweb.ru in the list of purchased modules and also sent to you by e-mail.




4. In the "Available domains" and "Test domains" sections, check the correctness of the specified domains. You can add additional domains by clicking on the white "Add Domain" button on the right side of the page. The total number of domains should not exceed three.


 

5. Go down below, select the "Basic settings" section and tick the box "Save data when removing the module" so as not to lose them when reinstalling the module.


 

6. Save the module settings by clicking on the blue "Save" button at the top right of the panel.




PRIVILEGE


The functionality of the module is available only to the administrator, respectively, and privilege settings are required only for one user group.


1. To set up privileges, go to the "Customers" tab and select the "User Groups" section.




2. In the list that opens, select the required group and click on its name, highlighted in blue. Make sure the group is of type "Administrator".



3. In the window that opens, select the section "MW: Manage modules in the product card" and set access rights for the administrator.



4. Click the blue "Save" button in the lower right corner of the window to save your changes.




FUNCTIONALITY OF THE MODUL


1.  To hide modules unnecessary for the seller, go to the "Products" tab and select the "Products" section.




2. In the list of products that appears, select any product and go to its card. To do this, click on the name of the product highlighted in blue or black. It is not necessary to select a specific product - the changes will be automatically applied to all products.




3. After installing the module, a new one will appear among the tabs in the product card - "Display settings". Click on it to take advantage of the module's capabilities.




4. A table will open listing the available modules. In the "Show" column, tick the boxes that will be visible to the seller.




5. You can also hide modules that require additional privileges from the seller separately. To do this, mark them in the "Modules to which you want to add privileges" column..




6. After all the necessary changes have been made, click on the blue "Save" button in the upper right corner.





VERIFICATION OF THE RESULT


1. To go to the seller's administrative panel, in the upper right corner of the panel, click on the button in the form of a human silhouette.




2. From the pop-up menu, select the "Login as seller" option and select the name of the seller.



3. The admin panel of the seller will open. Now select the "Products" tab and go to the "Products" section.




4. Open the item card. To do this, click on the name of the product highlighted in green.




5. Select "Modules" from the tabs that appear.




6. This is how the "Modules" tab looks before applying the module. All possible modules are displayed here.




7. After applying the functionality of the module, the tab will display only those modules that have been specified by the administrator.
