Commercial offer for Multi-Vendor

The module simplifies the creation of a commercial offer, generating it on the basis of a product or a comparison list.

SPECIFICATIONS
  • Creates commercial offer templates;
  • Allows you to form a commercial offer from the product card;
  • Allows you to form a commercial offer for several goods.



Module settings

1. After installing the module, you need to go to the "Modules" tab, in the drop-down menu, select the "Manage Modules" and "MAURISWEB" drop-down menu.




2. In the list that opens, select the module you are interested in and click on its name highlighted in blue or black.



3. On the page that opens, select the General Settings tab. If the license key is not automatically set and the module settings are blocked, go to your account on www.maurisweb.ru Copy the license key and paste it into the appropriate item. The key is also sent to your email.




4. In the "Available Domains" and "Test Domains" sections, check the loyalty of the specified domains. You can add additional domains by clicking on the White "Add Domain" button on the right side of the page. The total number of domains should not exceed three.




5. Run below, select the "Basic Settings" section and check the "Save Data When Data When Deleting a Module" checkbox, so as not to lose them when reinstalling the module.




6. Go to the "Settings" tab. Put the checkboxes in the "Use E-Mail User" and "Use user's phone", if you need this contact information.



7. In the "E-mail by default" field, enter the email address to be used by default.



8. If in the future it will be necessary to use the CP number, then check the one in the corresponding item and specify the number in the next KP number field.



9. Go to the "Default Settings for the CP for the CP of Single Product" and fill in the "Image Height" and "Image Width" fields. These parameters will be displayed by default.



10. In the "Page Height" and "Page Width" field, enter the values that will be set by default. Initially, the parameters calculated by the seal in A4 format in a vertical position. If you plan to print a KP in another format constantly, then set the desired parameters. In the case, if the printing of another format is planned once, the necessary parameters can be set directly when the CP is generated.



11. In the Font Size field, specify the font that will be displayed by default.



12. Go to the "Default Settings for Compare Settings" and set the image height fields, "Image Width" and "Font Size".




13. In the "The number of goods on the page" field, enter the amount of goods that will be displayed by default.




14. In the "Template" field, select one of two values: "Horizontal Table" or "Vertical Table".




15. In the "Product Description" field, select one of the three values: "Brief", "complete", "special for KP".




16. Save the module settings by clicking on the blue "Save" button on the right upper part of the panel.



PRIVILEGE


The module functionality is available only to the administrator, respectively, and the privilege settings are needed only to one user group.


1. To configure privileges, go to the "Buyers" tab and select "User Groups".




2. In the list that opens, select the desired group and click on its name highlighted in blue. Make sure that the group has the type "Administrator".



3. In the window that opens, select "MW: Commercial Offer" and exhibit administrator access rights.




4. Press the Blue "Save" button in the lower right corner of the window to save the changes.




Functional module

Creating templates


1. To create a template, go to the "Marketing" tab and select the section "Commercial Offer".




2. On the page that opens, click the Blue button with a plus sign in the upper right corner of the panel to create a new template.




3. The new template creation page opens. First of all, enter the name.

Please note that items with the stars are mandatory to fill!



4. In the "Commercial Offer Type" paragraph, expand the list and select one of two options:

"Comparison of goods" - compares the goods among themselves;

"One product" - template for one product.

Depending on what will be the choice in the "Commercial Proposal Type" paragraph will change the options for the "Type of Template".




5. In the case of the selection of the "One Goods" item, options will be available:

"Cap" - located in the upper part of the KP;

"Introduction" - located under the cap, but also at the top of the CP template;

"Comment" - located at the bottom of the CP template;

"Basement" - located in the lower part of the KP template.





CAP


1. In the case of selection of the type of template "Cap", the design functions will open. In the "Background Color" item, you will need to enter a keyword color for HTML. In the "Image Width" and "Image Height" fields, enter the desired parameters.




2. It is also possible to download the logo. To do this, use one of the available ways:




2.1. Click the White "Download" button to the right from the logo window and select the image from the computer's memory.



2.2. Press the white "server" button to the right from the logo window to select the image available on the server.




2.3. Press the white "URL" button to the right of the logo window to enter the URL of the image.




3. Put a tick in the "I load a HIDPI image", so that the original image is reflected twice as smaller.




4. After all the necessary items are filled, press the Blue button "Create" in the upper right corner of the panel.




5. Go to the "Pattern" tab and fill in the Text window using standard tools.




Entry and comment


1. In the case of selecting the type of "Introduction" or "Comment" template, an additional tab of the "Parts of the Template" will appear.




2. Go to the "Parts of the Template" tab and select the field type: "Text" or "Input Field".




2.1. When you select the "Text" type in a nearby field, you can enter any text.




2.2. The type "input field" allows you to leave the template in a slender text to enter digital information, which may vary from the goods to the product. When choosing a "input field", it remains simply an empty string in the template (see "Creating a CP for one product" P.9).




3. To edit the parts of the template, use the three buttons on the right side of the string: "Add", "duplicate", "Delete" (button in the shape of a garbage bucket).


4. Go to the "Template" tab and fill in the Text Window using standard tools.




BASEMENT


1. When choosing a "basement" template, you will also need to enter the color value and image parameters.




2. In the "Image" field, add a picture convenient for you.




3. Go to the "Template" tab and fill in the Text Window using standard tools.




Comparison of goods


1. The type of CP "Comparison of Goods" implies that a table will be created with a comparison of several products from the comparison list.

When choosing a type of KP "Compare goods" will be available to the following types of template:

"Row" - create a string for numeric or textual values;

"String, taking into account in the tall" - create a string for numerical values that will affect the final price;

"Total" - to create a final line in which the price will be displayed taking into account all changes;

"Cap", "Introduction", "Comment", "basement" - similar to clause 5.1.



2. Complete the creation of the template by pressing the blue button "Save" in the upper right corner of the panel.



3. To edit or delete any template, use the button on the right side of the string on the "KP Templates" page.



4. If necessary, use group deletion. To do this, tick the necessary templates and click on the button in the shape of a blue gear.


Creating a description of the goods

1. In order for the CP to be bright and interesting, it is necessary to create a description of the goods in advance. To do this, go to the "Goods" tab and select Section "Goods".




2. In the list that opens, select the desired product by clicking on its name allocated in blue or black.




3. On the page that opens, select the Commercial Offer tab.



4. Go to the "Description for Commercial Offer" block. It can be filled with a description of the goods from the product card, however, it is focused on a retail buyer, a more address description may be required in the CP. In this case, it can be entered into the block.



5. In the "Description of the characteristics for a commercial offer", it is necessary to make product characteristics. They can be copied to the "characteristics" tabs or include those characteristics that are necessary in this case.




6. To save the changes, click on the blue button "Save" in the upper right corner of the panel.



Creating a commercial offer

Creating a commercial offer for one product


1. To go to the showcase, in the upper right side of the screen, click on the gear icon highlighted in blue and in the drop-down menu, select "Preview".




2. In the service card that opens, select the Commercial Offer tab.




3. In some places empty fields will come across. They need to fill their own.



4. Add the created templates, marking them with a check mark or a circle, depending on the type.




5. Next to each block there are points in which there is already a tick confirming their presence in the CP. To remove the unwanted block, simply remove the checkbox from the point.



6. The "User" block is filled automatically. The required data can be changed manually.




7. After all the data into the commercial offer template is made and checked, click on the red button "Create" in the lower left corner.




8. The CP will be created in the form of a PDF document.

Please note that the string "Total for the goods, including VAT 20%, is set static in language variables.

It is also important to know that if in some of the blocks blocks to leave empty, then this unit will not be displayed at all in the KP. In particular, it concerns such types of template as "joining" and "comment".

If the data in the input field is made, the string will affect KP:




In case the data in the input field is not made, the entire template (even in the presence of text) will not be reflected in the KP.





Creating a commercial offer for several goods

1. First you need to create a comparison list. To do this, go to the storefront by clicking on the button in the form of the product basket in the upper left corner of the panel.




2. Through the directory, enter the card of one of the goods for comparison and press the gray button with the diagram sign ("add to the comparison list"). To create a comparison list, add a few products.





3. To view the comparison list, in the window that opens, click the Green Comparison List button in the lower right corner.




4. In the upper right corner of the screen, open the "My Profile" tab and select the section "Commercial Offer" in the drop-down menu.




5. In the page that appears, select "Prices with Discount" and enter the discount percentage. The program automatically recalculate the price of the goods.




6. Run down below and in the "Settings" section, check or change the font parameters, widths and height of the image, as well as the table template (for example, change the pattern with horizontal, vertical).




7. To create a CP, above the "Settings" section, press the Red "Create Commercial Offer" button.




8. CP will be created in the form of a PDF document.
