Russian Post for Multi-Vendor

The module maintains interaction with the Russian Post. The buyer can specify the Russian Post as a delivery method, the tariff is calculated automatically.

EXAMPLE OF APPLICATION

The buyer can choose the delivery method "Russian Post", specially configured for the requirements of his region.

SPECIFICATIONS
  • Works on CRON;
  • Allows you to compare statuses for orders;
  • Allows you to configure the default "EMS PT";
  • Adds the calculation of the tariff "Russian Post".

MODULE SETTINGS

1. To configure a module, go to the Modules tab, in the pop-up menu, select Modules Management and the MAURISWEB section.



2. In the list that opens, select the module you are interested in and click on its name, highlighted in blue or black.



 

3. On the page that opens, select the "General settings" tab. If the license key is not set automatically and the module settings will be blocked, go to your account at www.maurisweb.ru, copy the license key and paste it into the appropriate item. The key has also been sent to your email.



 

4. In the "Available domains" and "Test domains" sections, check the correctness of the specified domains. You can add additional domains by clicking on the white "Add Domain" button on the right side of the page. The total number of domains should not exceed three.



5. Go down below, select the "Basic settings" section and tick the box "Save data when removing the module" so as not to lose them when reinstalling the module.


 


 6. Enter your login, password and token in the "API Authorization for Vendors" section, as well as the login and password for the Tracking service.


 

7. Enter in numbers the time of packing and delivery at the pickup point (in days).




8. Expand the additional menu and select the units of measurement.




9. Go to the "CRON" tab and enter a command to change the statuses of orders in the scheduler.




10. Enter the CRON command to load data from the FSA passport into the scheduler.




11. Enter the CRON command to form a dispatch for fulfillment (for EMS PT) in the scheduler.




12. Go to the "Statuses Mapping" tab. Click on the lines in the right column, expanding the additional menu and compare with the statuses in the left column.




13. After the statuses have been matched, two more columns will appear, in which the statuses must also be matched.




14. Go to the "EMS PT" tab. Check the box "If it is not possible to call a courier, do not create a shipment" if you want to enable this function by default.




15. To enable preferred preparation, check the corresponding box.




16. If a courier pass is required, check the appropriate box.




17.If you need a pass for transport, check the corresponding box.




18. If you need to print documents, then check the appropriate box.




19. Enter the username, password and authorization token of the EMS PT application. In the paragraph "Name of the marketplace when placing an order before fulfillment", enter the name of the marketplace.




20. Expand the additional menu under "Delivery method to the fulfillment warehouse" and select the appropriate option.




21. Expand the additional menu under "Modes of transportation" and select the appropriate option.




22. Expand the additional menu under "RPO Categories" and select the appropriate option.




23. Expand the additional menu in the item "In which payment system to take the TIN" and select the appropriate option.




24. Save the module settings by clicking on the blue "Save" button at the top right of the panel.



CREATION OF A DELIVERY METHOD


First of all, you need to create a new delivery method.

1. To create a new delivery method, go to the "Administration" tab, select the "Shipping and taxes" and "Delivery methods" section.


 

2. Click on the blue plus button in the upper right corner of the panel.


 

 3. Enter the name of the payment method in the "Name" field. If you wish, you can also add a description of the payment method in the corresponding paragraph.


 

4. Expand the additional menu and select the first of the two items "Russian Post".



5. After filling in all the tabs and fields, click on the blue "Create" button in the upper right corner of the panel.




6. The new payment method will appear in the general list.


7. To edit or delete a payment method, click on the gear-shaped button on the right side of the line.



8. A new payment method will appear when placing an order.



9. For correct operation, configure the delivery method. Enter inside the created delivery method and go to the "Settings" tab.




10. In the item "Type of shipment", expand the additional menu and select which type of shipment the delivery method will work with.




11. In the item "Types of transportation" select how the delivery will be carried out.




12. Select a category.




13. Check the boxes "SMS notifications", "Caution (Fragile)", "Completeness check", "Non-refundable" to apply these functions to the delivery method.




14. Go to the "Advanced Settings" section. Here you can set the parameters for weight and dimensions. If the product does not match them, the system will change the tariff.




15. In the sections "Service authorization data:" Sending letters and parcels "and" Service authorization data: "Tracking" specify your login, password and token to enable tracking of the cargo.




16. After configuring all the parameters, click on the blue "Save" button in the upper right corner of the panel.





ADD SHIPPING METHOD FOR SELLER

In order for the new delivery method to be reflected on the storefront, it must be added for a specific seller.


1. Enter the "Sellers" tab and select the "Sellers" section.



2. In the list that appears, select the required seller.




3. Go to the "Shipping Methods" tab and check the "Russian Post" shipping method.


 


4. Save your changes by clicking on the blue "Save" button in the upper right corner of the panel.





ORDERING


1. Go to the storefront.




2. Add items to your shopping cart and place your order.




3. On the checkout page, the created delivery methods will appear, tied to the tariffs of the Russian Post. The program will automatically calculate the cost of transportation.




4. If you select a tariff that implies the presence of a pickup point, a map and a list of pick-up points will open.




5. To select a pickup point, you can use the side menu.




6. Or select a pickup point on the map. If points with numbers appear on the map, it means there are no pickup points in this area. Click on the round with a number.




7. The map zooms in to show the pickup point in the desired region. Click on one of them to select.




8. A window with data on the pickup point will open: full address, phone number, working hours and landmarks. Click on the red "Select" button to complete the selection of the pickup point.




9. Complete the checkout process.




CHANGE OF ORDER AFTER REGISTRATION


1. After registration, all changes occur only in orders. To view them, go to the "Orders" tab and select "All Orders".



 

2. Enter the order by clicking on its name highlighted in blue.




3. The delivery method will be the one that was selected at the time of registration.
