The module automates work with sellers' employees: sellers create employees themselves and assign them to positions corresponding to their duties.The module automatically assigns them the restrictions and privileges that you have set in advance.
Seller's Administrators
The seller can have many employees in a variety of positions, these are managers, accountants, storekeepers and order collectors. And each of them should be given access to the part of the administrative panel that is necessary to perform their immediate duties. And it's better to close access to the rest of the functionality so that they don't even accidentally ruin anything.
In addition, an administrator is needed who will monitor this. What all the other employees are doing. He needs full access to all the functions that you can give him.
The full-time function sets the same permissions for all users and for all employees of the seller. If you need to set up different privileges for different employees, the marketplace administrator will have to manually assign a user group for each new employee. But the employee of the trading platform may not even know that the seller has added a new employee.

Profile fields
The administrator of the trading platform creates various positions in advance that sellers may need, and creates a separate group of users for each of them.
In addition, the profile fields that an employee must fill in are configured separately for each position. These profile fields can be transferred to other modules developed by our company MAURISWEB, or modules of our partners, as well as to third-party services via the API.
For example, the courier's contact details can be transferred to the postal service, which will send them to the buyer. Or the courier's car data can be transferred to the warehouse so that they can issue a pass in advance to enter the warehouse territory.
Module operation
As a result, everything is extremely simple for the seller: he creates a new employee, then assigns him the appropriate position. Depending on the selected position, the profile fields selected in the settings will appear in the employee's profile, which can be filled in by the employee himself or the seller, this is optional. At the same time, a group of users with configured privileges will be automatically assigned to employees. < / p>
So, the accountant can only get access to viewing orders, the collector can only collect the order and accept refunds, and the content manager can manually create, import, change product cards, and so on. The seller's administrator will be able to control the work of all other employees.
Further work depends on your business processes. You can combine the Seller Administrators module with other modules: enable and disable the functionality of these modules for certain employees or transfer employee information to third-party modules.
