Russian Post PRO: creation, logging, documents SPI and F-103, prof. tariffs for vendor and marketplaces for CS-Cart Multi-Vendor
The module integrates with the personal account of the Russian Post. This makes it possible to place orders for the delivery of goods from the marketplace site without going to the Mail site. The module automatically sends orders for delivery, generates spies and promptly changes the status of the order as it progresses from picking up the cargo by courier to delivering it to customers. The contract is concluded directly with the post office, without intermediaries and unnecessary expenses. If the delivery is carried out from the seller's warehouse, then the contract can be executed as on behalf of the marketplace, and it is enough for the seller to come and deliver the parcels.Delivery can be made from the seller's contract or from the marketplace contract.
The module is designed taking into account all the features of working with Russian Post. Creates an order for delivery to the buyer in the Personal Account of the Russian Post, calculates the cost of transportation and tracks orders in the context of all statuses, changing them in the CS-Cart platform. This function is configured by the administrator, which allows you to take into account all individual features. Eliminates errors when placing orders by the buyer, taking into account the conditions and limitations of tariff plans. Uses available services for tariff plans. Collects information and changes order statuses for buyers within the entire movement of goods from the warehouse to delivery to the buyer. It has additional services, such as: payment upon receipt, or with the possibility of inspection of the goods upon delivery to the buyer. Generates spies and reporting documents at the end of the work shift.
The buyer will also see the order movement process for all statuses. A number is displayed for it, by which you can additionally track the movement of the parcel on and on the website of the Russian Post.
There is no need to log into the Personal Account of the Russian Post, because the responsible employee will do it from the admin.panels.
The module uses all the features of the Personal Account of the Russian Post:
- Supports all major tariffs: "Courier Online", "Parcel online", "EMS", "Letter", "Easy Return" Beta, "EMS PT"Beta;
- Calculates the cost of delivery based on the weight and dimensions of all goods in the order;
- In case of exceeding the dimensions of the goods, limits the ability to place an order for unsuitable tariffs;
- If the product has no weight or dimensions, the administrator can set default values.
- To calculate the cost of delivery and registration of the shipment in the LC of the Russian Post for small-sized goods, the minimum weight and dimensions of the selected tariff are used.
- Caching of all Russian Post offices for quick display on the map when placing an order by the buyer;
- Creating a shipment based on the order status. If the order is not paid or not confirmed by the status, the shipment will not be created;
- It is possible to adjust the weight and dimensions of the parcel before registering the order in the Russian Post;
- Automatically sends the order for delivery to the Russian Post according to the shipment status, after confirming the order assembly;
- Generates accompanying documents and generates spies;
- Automatically changes the order statuses on the marketplace website;
- Tracking of shipments in the context of all 350 statuses of the Russian Post.
- Additional services: SMS notification of the buyer, completeness check, return of the goods (depending on the tariff);
- Normalization of the buyer's address. The Russian Post has special requirements for the delivery address and to bring it to the standard, it has its own service for the correct paperwork. The information goes to the Russian Post, where it is normalized and fits into the documents according to the requirements. Example: if the buyer has not entered (or entered incorrectly) the index, the service will correct it automatically.
The marketplace sets up delivery on its own behalf or on behalf of the seller. After that, the buyer enters the showcase, puts the goods in the basket, proceeds to checkout, selects a tariff, makes a purchase and gets into the order. The customer's order displays SPIES for tracking the order. When clicking on the link, he can track information about the location of the cargo.
The vendor's administrator enters the order assembly, confirms the availability of the goods, prints the SPI for the sticker for the shipment and at the end of the working day forms an F-103 for transmission to the Russian Post. After sending the goods, the statuses change in the context of the order movement along the entire chain of the Russian Post and when the cargo is delivered to the recipient, the order is recorded. In tandem with the payment service, you can also configure the issuance of a closing receipt based on the order status.
Support for delivery rates:
The service is designed for remote trading companies and offers delivery of online orders to your customers at home at a bargain price. Connecting to the service allows you to send parcels weighing up to 31.5 kg. Parcels are accepted in all post offices, delivery is made in 11,361 localities by courier to the buyer in hand. It is also possible to call a courier to receive the shipment from the warehouse.

The service is designed specifically for remote trading companies. Customers can send parcels weighing up to 20 kg at fixed prices with guaranteed delivery times.
Shipments are accepted in batches, undergo priority processing in an automated sorting center and are delivered throughout the territory of the Russian Federation.
The addressee can pick up the online order at the post office or at the post office.

"Easy Return" (beta)
It is issued for return shipment from the buyer with a 50% discount on delivery. The goods are returned to the address of the contract.
"EMS PT" + "Courier fee" (beta)
The service of transporting goods from one logistics center of the Russian Post to another, 16 centers. For the delivery of goods, an additional one is used.the "Courier fee" service and delivery to the delivery point. They are used for taking cargo from suppliers, transporting it between stores or warehouses.
EMS express shipments are the fastest and most convenient way to deliver a letter or parcel across Russia and abroad. The courier will pick up the shipment at a convenient place for you and deliver it to the addressee at home or in the office.
In cities where there is no EMS courier service, you can send and receive express mail through the Russian Post office.

Errors are excluded when processing the shipment
The functionality is designed in such a way that the information for size control is taken from the section of the goods, thereby eliminating an error when making a shipment. For example, when a purchase is made with a large number of different goods: a T-shirt, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, mugs. The module will divide the goods by restrictions and offer those tariffs that are suitable for transportation.
Limiting the size of each product is the most convenient way, because for most products it is almost impossible to calculate how much space the cargo will occupy. So, for example, if a customer orders two buckets, a T–shirt and a souvenir, then in fact the buckets can be inserted into each other, and a T-shirt and a souvenir can be put inside - thus, one cargo space will be formed.
Many goods do not have information about the weight and dimensions of the cargo, but they are the same in size and weight. In order for the buyer to be able to issue the goods in any case, default values are set. Later, the storekeeper will see when making out that the dimensions are not spelled out, and can always add them to the order.
The parcel will be processed correctly and will go to the buyer without any problems.
In order to increase the performance of the site without requesting the available branches of the Russian Post every time, the information is downloaded in advance and updated at the request of the administrator.
Thus, at the time of placing an order, the buyer sees all available PVZ with full information about their work schedule and availability.
In order to eliminate errors when placing an order, the functionality provides for the creation of additional profile fields, which indicate the comparison with the fields in the Russian Post.
Example: in CS-cart, the "Address" field is provided by default. The buyer does not always enter the address correctly, the information was incorrect, which led to the cancellation of the order and further losses on the part of the marketplace. Using the module, you configure the fields to the specific requirements of the Russian Post: "Street", "house", "building", "letter", "courier comment", etc.
The information is transmitted to the address normalization service and when processing the data will be submitted according to all requirements.
Thus, the order will be created in any case, and the buyer will not be lost.
Tracking by statuses
The Russian Post has a large number of statuses for issuing and processing orders. There are more than 50 options for the delivery status only: "Left the place of reception", "Arrived at the place of delivery", "Arrived at the sorting center", "Withdrawn from the post office", etc.
In order for your buyer to get detailed information about the movement of his cargo, you can set up notifications from your website for the buyer about the status of his parcel or change the information without notification. And the buyer will always be able to see what stage the shipment is at.
All necessary documentation is generated directly in the admin panel. The responsible employee does not need to go anywhere else. He confirms that the order has been collected and receives transport documents (F103 and address label) at the end of the working day. He can only stick labels on the box and send it to the Russian Post.
To optimize the process, you can designate privileges for a specific employee who will only be engaged in packing cargo and not have access to the rest of the functionality.
As part of order tracking, information about the cost of the shipment in the context of statuses is recorded in the database. In the future, it can be obtained by any program (for example, 1 S) and used to track expenses (shipment, storage, return, etc.).
The module also displays an accounting report on the cost of sending a parcel and a batch.
