LOGSIS Courier Service Integration module for CS-Cart platform

The Logsis courier service specializes in working with online stores and marketplaces, whose warehouses are located in Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. Delivery is carried out almost all over the territory of the Russian Federation. Logsis has been operating on the market since 2015.

Logsis offers favorable rates and convenient conditions. More than 900 Russian companies are already cooperating with the transport company Logsis.

We have developed a module for you that will allow you to integrate the Logsis delivery service into your marketplace on the CS-Cart Multi-Vendor platform. The module will allow you and your sellers to manage your deliveries from the administrative panel of your marketplace without going to the Logsis website.

LOGSIS Integration Module FOR CS-CART Multi-Vendor

The module allows you and your sellers to work with deliveries in a familiar interface for you, without leaving the marketplace site. The module automatically calculates the cost of delivery based on data from the product card, places an order for delivery in Logsis based on data from the buyer's order, changes statuses as the order progresses in the administrative panel of the marketplace and the seller, as well as in the buyer's personal account.

Working process

The customer enters the shopping cart and begins to place an order. The module automatically calculates the cost of delivery, taking into account the weight and size of all goods included in the order. The buyer sees the already calculated cost of delivery, as well as the date and interval of delivery.

After placing an order by the buyer, the module collects all information about the order and forms a delivery request based on it. The new order is assigned a unique identification number (barcode) for marking.

Then you package the order and upload the packaging information to the module. In response, the module generates accompanying documents for the cargo: a bill of lading, a certificate of acceptance, address labels. They need to be printed: labels should be pasted on the boxes with the order, and the rest of the documents should be enclosed inside. You transfer the packed order to the courier or bring it yourself to the warehouse of the transport company.

At the time of transfer, the order status automatically changes to "Transferred to Logsis".In the future, the statuses also change automatically, that is, both you and your sellers and buyers will be able to track the movement of the order in the administrative panel or in the personal account.

When the order is handed to the buyer, the closing receipt is knocked out.

Promotion of the order and transfer to the Logsis warehouse

Logsis accepts order confirmations for next deliveries before 3 a.m.

Cargo is collected at three-hour intervals in Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region in 3-hour intervals from 10 to 22 hours. Applications for the fence are also accepted until 3 o'clock, the fence is carried out on the next day after receiving the application.

Logsis can pick up cargo both from your warehouse and from the store. You can also bring your own cargo to the Logsis warehouse, which is open around the clock.

Courier delivery

The Logsis courier accepts shipments weighing up to 25 kg, the sum of the lengths of the sides should not exceed 150 cm. Delivery is carried out the next day in four-hour intervals (10:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 22:00) provided that you deliver the cargo to the Logsis warehouse before 4 am. You can order delivery to the office in the interval from 10 to 18 hours.

The courier contacts the recipient an hour before his arrival. During the delivery of the order, the courier accepts cash payment through the cashier and issues a cash receipt to the recipient. Contactless delivery with confirmation via SMS is possible.

Return of unclaimed goods and partial redemption

Logsis supports the possibility of partial redemption. That is, the buyer can inspect and try on things before buying the order (the waiting period by the courier is 15 minutes), and buy back only those that fit him.

Logsis also collects the refund from the buyer. The fence is carried out on the next day after the client's application is processed. All non-redeemed and returned items are returned to your warehouse free of charge the next day along with the next fence.

If the order was not delivered, for example, if the recipient was not at the specified address, the courier informs the recipient within 3 days that his order is in the Logsis warehouse and tries to negotiate a new delivery time.

Postponement of delivery to another day or time, as well as cancellation of delivery without arrival at the address is not charged. You can see in the administrative panel the reason for the transfer or cancellation.

You can order the return of accompanying documents: invoices, invoices and so on.

Customer return and exchange of goods from customers

You can arrange the return delivery from the buyer by Logsis, even if the delivery was carried out by another transport company. The courier goes to the client with a marked safe package, size 60x60 cm. You can also provide your own returnable packaging with your own marking.

The product is placed in a package and sealed. The courier delivers a sealed package with the goods to the warehouse. The sealed package without unpacking and checking is added to the return certificate. The entire responsibility for checking the conformity of the product lies with the marketplace.

During the exchange, the courier takes the goods from the buyer that did not fit him and at the same time hands over a new product.

The "Return" and "Exchange" services operate on the territories of Moscow, the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

What is required to connect the module

To connect and correctly operate the module, you will need to conclude cooperation agreements with the transport company Logsis and with the company ApiShip. Logsis allocates a personal account manager to each client, who will help to connect and configure the service.
