City module for promotions
The module adds the ability to take into account the city in terms of a promotion. This module is intended for promotions running through the shopping cart.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Suitable for large stores that cover a large number of cities and use various types of services.
APPLICATION EXAMPLE
- Free pick-up from the city where the seller has a store;
- Free delivery of goods by a transport company that has an agreement with the seller;
- Discounts for wholesale purchases of goods in certain cities.
SPECIFICATIONS
- The module adds the ability to set the setting for the city when creating a promotion;
- Multiple cities can be selected;
- You can exclude cities that do not participate in the promotion.
MODULE SETTINGS
1. To configure a module, go to the "Modules" tab, in the pop-up menu, select "Modules Management" and the "MAURISWEB" section.
2. In the list that opens, select the module you are interested in and click on its name, highlighted in blue or black.
3. On the page that opens, go to the "Licensing" section and in the "License key" field enter the license key that is available in your account at www.maurisweb.ru in the list of purchased modules and sent to your mail.
4. In the "Available domains" and "Test domains" sections, check the correctness of the specified domains. You can add additional domains by clicking on the white "Add Domain" button on the right side of the page. The total number of domains should not exceed three.
5. Go down below, select the "Basic settings" section and tick the box "Save data when removing the module" so as not to lose them when reinstalling the module.
6. Save the module settings by clicking on the "Save" button at the top right of the screen.
FUNCTIONALITY OF THE MODULE
1. Go to the "Marketing" tab and select "Promotions and Discounts" from the drop-down menu.
2. To create a new promotion, click on the plus sign at the top right of the screen and select "Add cart promotion" from the drop-down men
3. Select the "Conditions" tab (after you have filled in all the required information in the "General" tab).
4. Click on the white "Add Condition" button on the right side of the window.
5. Click on the arrow in the field that appears and select the "Buyer's city" condition. On hovering over, the condition will be highlighted in blue. To select, click on the selected item with the mouse.
6. In the "Buyer's City" field, enter the name of the desired city.
7. By clicking on the arrow, select the required value in the field to the left of the entered city name:
"equal" - a promotion for the specified city (set by default);
"not equal" - exclude this city from the promotion;
"in the list" - add several cities;
"not in the list" - exclude several cities.
